About Me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. The BACP is the largest professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK. As a member, I adhere to the BACP’s strict code of ethics and professional practice. Click this link to find out more about the BACP.

I am currently working with clients face to face, on the telephone and online, using Zoom.

After working in Careers Guidance, I trained as a counsellor as I am passionate about supporting people’s mental health. My integrative training means that I combine different counselling concepts and techniques in my practice.  In sessions with clients, I adapt to your individual needs, according to the areas you wish to focus on.

As part of my own continuing personal and professional development, I regularly review my skills and experiences. From these reflections, I create a training and research plan and attend workshops, seminars and training courses to enhance my counselling practice and stay current with the latest research.
